Biography/Backstory: S.W.A.T. Officer, advanced to Sergeant rank in S.W.A.T., before soldier of P.M.C. but quit because of a incident in afghanistan, he have survived an helicopter crash, luckily but that made him quit and join S.W.A.T.
When he was a young kid, his alcoholic father was beating him for no reason, his mother was too attacked by his father, one day when he was older he tried to defend, but his father took a crushed bottle with sharp parts and cut him few times, after that police took him to prison for few years, when he got out he died for a heart attack.
He have very good close combat skills and a great shooter, he always loved his job no matter what, serving for the nation was the only thing he wanted to do, everytime on an action he do everything to stop the terrorists from this what they usually do.

One day, Arthur and his old team [dead one, just for story.] was sent to the Raccoon city, when they arrived much of weird things they seen, mutants, zombies and other kinds. When they we're walking through the dark streets of this city, they could hear screams and groans of people from pain, some of them we're creepy, Arthur kept his shotgun really close as suddenly a mutant attacked one of the teammates, ripping off his head, the team opened fire killing it, they couldn't even have a rest because sooner they got attacked by bigger group of them, but only two of them survived, Arthur and the other teammate David. They we're going through this cold hell, they just we're praying to find their truck and get out of this place, time was running away, on their way was nothing but a simple wasteland full of mutants, they had to make their way through them and escape this place, hours we're passing, their ammo was getting lower and lower, before they found't the truck they just had pistols, Arthur one clip and 5 bullets in the used now clip, the David had only two bullets remaining. When Arthur tried to open the doors of the vehicle, David got attacked by a mutant, but this one was stronger than before ones, he wasted the bullets but that did nothing, the monster trow him to the wall and then the Arthur noticed that, he started shooting at it right in time, his teammate got up and quickly get in the vehicle with Arthur. They escaped this damn hell and never go back there.

Sergeant and Leader of S.W.A.T Squad "Charlie-7" Arthur Brown there, well known can be a simple day of people like me, just simple tactical missions like hostage rescues are normal, nobody even though how hard my job can be, as you see, every day I need to have my squad on me, feelin' that one of them could don't back from the action. The thing is that we're here to keep people safe, without us in the country would be terror & tons of people on the floor, dead.
Every time people call us to safe them, we do that, for our homeland. We secure and protect! We serve our nation!
We're the only one's who can be at everyone needing help, we're the people's hero! The saviors from terrorist's and gangsters on the streets of America.

[ Just gonna drop an RP here. I hope you don't mind. I also apologise if I get anything wrong or if the starter sucks; I'm really tired. .~. ]
Dust and smoke blew through most of the empty, ruined streets through New York. Crows - mutated and not mutated - picked at the remains of mostly disfigured and almost unrecognisable humans hungrily. There was blood, a lot of it, covering the roads of the streets. Whatever the hell happened here was most likely very chaotic with almost no survivors.
Orders were given to your team to kill anything that wasn't human and to rescue any remaining survivors - especially those of importance. But you were also warned about one specific danger. A "man" codenamed ZEUS. It was believed he was responsible for the recent disaster that had befallen this city. Orders for that if 'ZEUS' was sighted extreme caution would be applied. The only description given for this threat was that he wore a white hood with a black jacket. It didn't seem like a very helpful description but whatever information given would surely help.
As your team advanced into the city, it almost felt as if you were being watched. It seemed much too quiet amongst the ravaged streets.
"SWAT huh? Some SWAT team you guys are. Where the hell were you fuckers at when Nevada's being torn to shit by altered reality?"
"Like I am the only one who should know... Anyways, if you're a killer, then what are you doing here exactly?"
"How the hell do you know I'm a- You know what, fuck it. I don't have time for this shit. If you wanna try and arrest me for actually fighting back a terrorist, then go ahead, I'm gone." And with a huff, he turned around and got on his motorcycle, revving the engine.
The officer was looking at him leaving with a quite laughter "You're angry, aren't you... Heheh." He lean the wall and grab a cigarette. " If you want to know then Sheriff wasn't a terrorist, but if you're talking about the other guy who was trying to kill you then I think that's just another topic." He didn't care much about that if he will leave as he lean the wall waiting till he will just simply leave or do something else.

A year has passed since the accident in Raccoon City and now Umbrella has the next problem. A bioterrorist group called 'Neo-Umbrella' had attacked the city Lanshiang, Cina, and with a C-Virus Infected. However Neo-Umbrella wasn't a partner of the Umbrella Corporation, just a group founded by a project of the United States presidential aide named Derek C. Simmons. The project was a doppelganger of a spy from the Umbrella Corporation, Ada Wong. This made a lot of problems for Umbrella and so they sent their best team to China. The U.S.S. Delta Team. They had get the order to eliminate the United States presidential aide and to destroy Neo-Umbrella. But it was harder than they thought.
Without hesitation the U.S.S. Delta Team was immediately brought with a plane to China. During the flight they were able follow the news, worldwide. At each station the disaster was seeing in China, but even for the Wolfpack the situation was quite strange. Then when the plane landed in the China Airport the Delta Team was welcomed by the U.S. army. Of course the group wasn't recognized as Umbrella agents, they had posed as a special U.S. army group and were initially brought to a special base before their mission could start.
