Hello - I love this theme of yours but I have a couple issues that I was hoping you could help me with?

The first can be seen here:
I noticed in your screenshots the areas I circled do not exist.  So how would i go about getting rid of them on my end?

They are still there even when I install the aero glass thing.

Second, while I have installed aero glass it seems every time I do it gets rid of my StartIsBack functions.  Is it supposed to do this?  Either way, it irritates me so I end up uninstalling especially since it doesn't seem to affect anything about the theme itself (that I can see).
