Woo-boy.

This was a labor of love, commissioned by . Her request was, in a story she wrote, a character "mention[ed] in passing that she owned a portrait of the MCU Avengers posed as DaVinci's The Last Supper" and how supergeekycool it would be to have it actualized. The sketching started in late January, with the finalized design agreed upon in February. I've been working in long spurts of activity since, finally completing last night. Got the approval this morning to post, so here we are. I'm beyond ecstatic that she likes the final product so much, and I have to say I'm rather proud of it myself.

Artwork completed in Photoshop CS3 with Intuos3 tablet and lots of chai tea, Girl Scout Cookies and many viewings of the MCU films on Blu-ray.
(As far as I know, "Shawarma Hutt" is not a real restaurant, but if it is, let me know and I'll visit.)
