Unknown actress and TV show/ movie

Found this pic of leather clad big butted honey from a very old website (pretty much archived at this point). But it didn't give a source on what movie or TV show it came from, though. The Google lens sure wasn't a big help either. I'm guessing this was an old TV movie from 80's or 90's (probably from a different country too).
