Lucinda Davila (Original and Redux)

Dr. Lucinda "Cindy" Davila from Street Fighter: The Animated Series

Original: A medical doctor and Guile's love interest where she is in Brazil trying to cure a fatal disease, but M. Bison causes trouble. Lucinda has Guile and the rest of the Street Fighters help her and the other doctors. When she finds out that Blanka is immune to the disease because of what Bison did to him, she manages to use his blood to find a cure.

In the Triumph or Die Redux (if made to be canon): A cool and collected military doctor from the US Navy who learned her defense of combat from the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) and Jujitsu.
