Scaling the carbon pattern has caused loss in quality. Also, the gradation of the buttons is not in sync with the other parts I think. Other than that, the foliage growth and other grungy elements are awesome

The effects are A+, but not so sure if the "grudge", textured style fits. I would suggest making glass styled effect (with blur) for the navigation instead of what you have there now. Also, the image of you might look better with clean borders, but maybe that's just me. Also a little note; the pattern below the 'Iron man' icon is not in the perspective. Not noticeable at the first look maybe, but when you notice it, it can bother. That should be easily fixed though. Overall quite nice design.
