My husband's favorite game in the entire world is Brigandine, and here is a pony of his favorite character Dryst. He said the pony name should be "Vandal Scythe" after his scythe in game... so yeah.

The Lullaby of Treble Castle - part 5"The Lullaby of Treble Castle"
While Rachel was learning more about how the curse came to be by one of those afflicted, Linda and Karoly were in the castle's library, studying the runes in the spellbook Florence had lent her. She was bent over one of the table, surrounded with piles and piles of books that Karoly had brought to her. Linda loved to learn, so this was right in her element. She reached into one of her pockets and pulled out a pair of reading glasses.
"Do you know anything at all about this curse at all?" Linda asked, not even bothering to look up at Karoly when speaking to him. "Can you give me any information about it that I wouldn't need to research?"
Karoly walked around as if he was almost floating. Linda wondered if he could levitate just by seeing it. He flowed around, like his body was riding a breeze. He put his finger to his chin and said, "Well, before it was cast upon the castle, I certainly was not able to do this." He smiled at her. "There's

Severin's face lightened up considerably when he heard Lucien's stern, yet kind words. He looked at Alyssa, who wasn't sure if she was more angry or scared at this point, and led her over to the table. He stood behind her, waiting for her to sit down and eat without having to say anything. Words failed to come out of him. Rachel wondered if he was more frustrated that his original plan to 'punish' Alyssa didn't come to fruition, or if Lucien supported what she said indirectly. Not that Severin was really a big talker at any point during the entire twenty minutes they'd been around him.
"Thank you, Rachel," Alyssa said quietly, sitting down. She reached over for a bowl of fruit and picked out an apple. The argument from before had almost completely killed her appetite. "From what I gather, you aren't supposed to be defending me."
Rachel gave her a thumbs up. "I'm not a rebel like you, Ally, but I can't help myself." She kept on eating, trying not go

Alyssa flapped open her road map for what she felt must have been the thousandth time all ready. She had specifically asked for that map in English, but was given one in German. Just her luck. It was probably an accident, but it was frustrating enough. She was mad at both Linda and Arianna for having taken so long in the Louvre Museum in Paris, getting their group separated from everyone else.
"Let me see the map," Rachel said, snatching the map from Alyssa's hands. "Who made you the navigator?" she asked, looking at it. "We've got to go north-east. We've got a way to go. Frankfurt's north-east of here."
"You girls are lucky my dad doesn't care about his credit cards, or we'd be stranded!" Alyssa shouted at her three companions, but Linda and Arianna were in the back seat of their car playing on their handheld games. "You two have cost my dad a few thousand dollars, you know."
"It still doesn't make you the most qualified to navigate," Rachel grunt

~What's the deal with this concept?
Four modern day girls who are traveling to a choir competition are seperated from their main group. They are stranded in northern France, completely lost! When a downpour starts, they discover a castle, and decide to go inside to seek shelter from the storm. What unravels is a romantic mysterious fantasy involving an ageless curse and the inhabitants of the castle.
The character names are actually taken from the project, "Oracle's Beginning", because it's essentially an AU of that story. That story is a slice-of-life romance, this is a fantasy. So, it works a bit differently.

Rachel Doughtery - the 'leader' of the four, who's skeptical about everything from ghosts to curses. Rachel won't admit it openly, but she loves very frilly and fancy things. She seems like she's okay on the outside, but she's very nervous about the upcoming concert and wish
