Thinking of selling prints

I'm curious...after speaking with a few photographer friends, the question of selling prints came up. I'm going to start selling prints from deviantART, and I was wondering how many folks would be interested in buying prints of other work I've done? And I'm thinking of opening an Etsy store to sell prints too. Ladies, if you've got any experience with that, please feel free to give me advice/suggestions on how to make this work. :)
