Camera, finally

0 min read
Well, I have finally taken it upon myself to purchase a new camera after being deprived of one for over 2 years now. It's a Canon PowerShot SX150 IS. It had great reviews with the only drawback I saw being the low battery life. Hopefully I will be able to work on my photography skills a little more. I realize my earlier photos were a bit sketchy and not really of high quality. I was just looking for things to add to my gallery. Now my photos should be of higher quality with more thought put into them. Thanks for reading! Have a great week. Off to play with my camera ;)

I've been working on the cutest thing and I'd like to take artistic photographs soon after this project I am working on is finished. I'm hoping this to be a sooner event rather than later because I'd like to have some pictures taken while there is still snow on the ground and while the clothing is still in one peice, before my cousins tear it to shreds. I've been looking into what camera I should save up for, and I'm really thinking of going for a Canon EOS of some kind, just don't know which one yet. Used of course, because buying one brand new at this point in time is just not pheasable for me. About people in real life troubled by my favo

Thank you for sharing! Beautiful work. I've just started exploring miniatures, something I loved in my childhood but didn't obsess about and should have. LOL. I'm putting together my first model house kit and it's almost done.

That's great to hear, be sure to post your progress in several steps rather than just when it's all done. You'll get some great tips here in DA, there's a lot of people that follow miniatures and feedback is always a nice thing:+fav:

Thanks so much for the tip! I really appreciate it!

Also as a beginner I'd like to recommend this YouTube channel, because he interviews miniaturists all over the world from museums to beginners, some great tips even for people just interested in watching:
