Old Class Projects And A Sloth

I thought I uploaded these already, but I guess I didn't. Everything except for the sloth is either from my typography or after effects class. The sloth is the image I used for my ID. Any questions, just ask!

That's some ol' bullshit right there. What's the point in not having a guide or anything? Maybe I should ask the staff or something.
pfff go and ask the staff. they'll never answer. If they ever bothered to help anyone out that would mean they'd have to actually work. Heaven forbid they get off their lazy asses and help people out with the system. While they're at it why not get rid of the trolls that have been attacking me for 2 years now that i've already involved the police with twice now. Way to go DevArt staff, waaaaay to go.
Yeah... I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but lately I've noticed that they're being really picky about who and how they help the community. It's sad, because I like using Deviantart. It's easy.

lolz its recurring drama thats been going on for years. its really no big deal anymore at this point >DD its like a bad rash, for the most part its quiet and relatively calm. every now and again it flairs up but it just needs a good kick to calm back down again o3o
DA is fun to be on but they've made so many problems for themselves its not as enjoyable an experience as it once was, not to mention the whole system is bugged to death. i cant even open up deviation folders in my inbox anymore if i have more than 1 deviation in the same folder because it glitches and takes me to a page that says there are no deviations in the folder. :/ and the search system is wacked right now too. i can search anything i wasn so long as i dont click on an image because once i do, if ever i try to go back to the main list again it sends me right back to the "daily deviations" rather than what i was searching for and i have to retype it and re-skim until i find my place again. its very annoying.

Yeah, the system's pretty bugged. I wonder if they went through with that 1,000 deviation search limit thing? I might have misunderstood the article, but if that's what they're doing I will be pissed as hell. >:C
I'm really glad the company is growing and all, but it seems as if the staff is really pushing their own 'agenda' (for lack of a better term) lately. I really think they believe that most of the stuff they do is innocuous, but it's getting a bit ridiculous.

lolz your a bit late on that >DD they did that about half a year ago. It started up and there was a whole uproar about it. ppl were pissed because 1000 deviations limit search options as well as totally singles out people. if your art doesnt make it in the top 1000 then it means your not popular enough to be worht looking at in the search engine. thats what people were getting from it (thats what i got from it too) at this point idk if its still working like that or not. i think it was taken down but i could be wrong.
i really dont mind the company wanting to sell its own products to help promote the site. it doesnt bother me any cause i dont buy any of it anyway >D but when it starts becoming the number 1 priority and interferes with the main point of the site, to display art, thats when i start getting involved.
lol i hope so too. its really starting to itch me the wrong way now but i think i finally drove the metaphorical needle into its head and hopefully it finally got a clue and found someone new to troll at least for a short while. >D

There's this other website called Nabyn that's very similar to Deviantart that I made an account on. I haven't really checked it out much, but it might be free of a lot of the drama that's going on around here. It's a fairly new site, so things are probably a little buggy and I think there might be a limit right now on how many people can create accounts, but if you want you could check it out.

wow.. that must have been though! <3 Hahaha! my friend and I were firing names to the animals and if we didn't know how they represented the alphabet, we just tossed it in xD very good job though! :'D

Haha yeah, I needed animals I could easily manipulate and squish into their letter's shapes. The ones I really had to reach for were the gerenuk, quoll, unau (sloth), x-ray fish, zorilla, and the Y animal (which I just found again!), the yaminon!
