little miss bonnet... sample page 01

it's been quite a long time since i last posted 1 of my random comc pages... isn't it...?

sorry 4 the lazy editing... i was in a hurry...

almost 2 years ago i attempted to make a serial manga entitled 'little miss bonnet' along with my partner in crime & great colorist i was getting along to chapter 5 when my father suddenly passed away... & it has put all of my plans for this manga on hiatus... i just lost all my inspiration & will to draw it...

but now, i feel like working on it again... but ever since then my drawing style has changed a lot so i couldn't simply pick up where i left it... the differences r too great... so i have decided to re-vamp the entire story... so now i am re-drawing all the existing pages & continue with the story...

as for the storyline, this story is basically about a witch's cat named cinder (or cinders, i couldn't make up my mind on this yet) who was 1 day turned into a human girl... now u would think that she'd b happy about that but she is actually not... the reason...? she got a boyfriend, so of course she'd want 2 b the same species as him...

out of rage she ran away from home, & ended up at the home of 2 brothers... so this is the story of how the 2 brothers' life was changed by a strange girl wearing a bonnet all the time (to hide her ears) & how cinder/s slowly develops emotions & learns about human life...

it's a romantic comedy so a lot of funny stuff happens in between... ^^

this is drawn with pilot DR drawing pen (felt-tip) point size 0.1, faber castell 0.1, uni[in fine 0.8 (for the panel lines) & artline marker... this page is meant 2 b colored so i didn't add a lot of additional renderings as i always do with my usual pages...
