Ob Logout-start Menu

After reading I added this in.  Pretty much it gives you a semi "start menu" and a graphical "logout" menu.   I did not write any of these utilities, i just implemented them and made the as an easy to download and implement item.   Also included is my tint2rc config "Singer".  This has the "Start menu" already in the config and you should be able to use it as a template.

copy the script ob-logout.py to ~.config/openbox/  as how this is where the oblogout-gtk.desktop files look for the script at.
