08.12.18. Now that the Trading Post has been operating for exactly a month, we'll be making some changes in response to some problems that have arisen since it's introductions. Comments can no longer be edited after a certain amount of time, so we ask that you post ONE strudel per comment, so that you can hide the comments after it has been traded off. Posting multiple in the same comment causes confusion if you cannot hide just one strudel in particular. ALSO if your strudel is not on the masterlist, please post to the Can't find your strudel? entry on the StrudelCupboard (https://www.deviantart.com/strudelcupboard) to help us find any missing babies! We're super quick about updating!

MARILYN MONROE rare fantastic vintage 1962 tribute photo book magazine Vedettes du Cinema released shortly after her untimely death in 1962. (WorthPoint, 2016.) Published by Jean - Jacques Pauvert in Paris, France (AbeBooks, 2016), with a soft cover binding. This book or magazine is Dedicated to Marilyn with 44 pages including both covers is a very rare collector's item.1962 French France Vedettes du Cinema Magazine Marilyn Monroe Cover Vintage Old We found it on eBay looking for Marilyin Monroe Coffee table books. Vedettes du Cinema also did a tribute to Brigitte Bardot the same year. The book is printed in black and white and mostly written in the French language.

Marilyn Monroe was a wonderful talented actress and model in the early 1900s, she lived from 1926 to 1962. The cause of her death is still unknown today as to whether she committed suicide or if she was murdered. Her real name was Norma Jean. She was discovered in 1946 by Bruno Bernard on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood California (Marilyn Monroe, 2016). From the point forward her face was a screen hit and very marketable. Her photos made magazines and books fly off the shelves even still today for Marilyn Monroe collectors. She acted in movies like The Seven Year Itch and Some Like it Hot. Both movies earned 46 million dollars (Wikipedia, 2016). In her life Marilyn was one of the great talents of her time, a humanitarian, an intellectual a style icon and an artist. Her art and her beauty still draw attention no matter the decade!

Today the book/magazine in question can be found on eBay for $89.99. AbeBooks.fr who we are not affiliated with, sells the book for $46.61. Unfortunately this book is not available on Amazon. If you are familiar with Amazon and are looking for a great Marilyn Monroe coffee table book try My Story a Hardcover published in May, 1974 by Marilyn Monroe herself.
