Every day is a blessing; always remember when you wake up how lucky you are that you are healthy, your brain works, your limbs work, none of your organs are failing, you don't have cancer or any serious illness, you can hear music, you can smell coffee, your eyes still work, you have time to do things you want to do. Maybe you have pets, and they are also still healthy. If you lost any of these, what would you trade to have any of these back? How grateful would you be to simply have once again what you have now? So be grateful today for what you already have. Make the best of it.
