Goodbye Pixiv

Hmm, I wouldn't say that Pixiv completely prohibited external links... I believe they mentioned it only affects the official Pixiv App from the App Store (Android Version). The IOS, Web, and Mobile (using a browser instead) versions remain the same in functions.

I'll admit that I didn't actually know they made that adjustment till I saw your post, then I noticed how you can't click any links users provide, like to Fanbox or such. It is a hassle though since I used it too, the same could apply to DeviantArt's official app. But I found that if you use your phone to enter a web browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to enter DeviantArt, you can actually see your profile's custom sections that are usually only seen in the Web Version.
