That's when Phil calls his grandfather's bare feet the perfect research experiment on what the power of stinky feet can do when his socks get removed! Phil believes that the moment Peter starts wiggling his toes, Peter's bare feet will change reality, shatter windows, produce endless laughter and potentially bring possessed law enforcement and military officers back to their senses to work for their constituents which Phil mentions he's more than happy that generations of Griffins have chaotically stinky bare feet!
