Gems can be all kinds of things =D Or maybe it's just an Aussie expression - "You're a real gem, Darlene", or "That's a real gem" lol

New poll, with Gryphon Nest removed as thanks to ~Silvril who did some legwork for me, there is already a "the gryphon's nest dot com" website that sells coins and silver, and I don't want to get into any "thing" with them.

I don't think anyone can copyright generic words found in the dictionary - trademarks for a specific project and words they made up yes, but the saying 'the gryphon's nest' shouldn't be locked. Otherwise they'd have a 'thing' with a ton of fantasy books.

Keeping the new list in mind, however...The Gryphon's Trove sounds alright.

It's more about what they sell than the words themselves. There is no problem with two stores called the same as long as they are not in the same business, and thegryphonsnest.com is a little too similar for my comfort.

Hmm, that's where I thought it was different enough. Unless you're selling gold/coins? I don't see how jewelry, soaps, candles, etc is completely similar. And well, diff color/style websites of course.

But either way, excited to see what the new name will end up being.^^
