Four are rentals. I started with the two Welsummers back in April, and a month later she brought me the Sussex. When she went broody I ordered a dozen hatching eggs from Arielle on BYC, she sent me 13 and of those, 9 made it. When the other went broody I thought I'd give day old chicks a try with her, because I wanted some banties anyway and some of the 9 are bound to be roos, so I ordered 4 banties from a hatchery (they sent me an extra chick). So that's 14 that actually belong to me. I know I have at least one Speckled Sussex in the group, and a Buff Orpington, and also some Araucanas. Not sure about the rest hehe Chicken math! We are working on building a coop right now for the ones we're keeping.
