In this great universe, among its many fascinating races, there have been seven that seem to inhabit more than just one planet exclusively for eons without explanation. These seven fall under a category known as as Oids. They are, Humanoids (Or, Humans for short), Mechanoids, Insectoids, Dinoids, Enchantoids, Cyptoids and Aminoids. The origins of the Oid races are still unknown to this day other than they were some of the first known races created in the Big Bang. And now, a history lesson: In the late 40th Century (c. the late 70's), a great cataclysm befell a rather popular Human Planet known only as Terra as well as roughly 42% of its home, the Milky Way Galaxy. This cataclysm was named the "Great Kablooey" by an acclaimed yet frankly unimaginative scientist...The name stuck before anybody could come up with anything better. Thrillers are one of three races that originated from Humans. This race covers creatures such as Vampires, Mummies, Adams, things like that. Their nature varies between species, but most share a rather peculiar diet. That consisting of insects and...Certain parts of the body. This race is also separated into three sub-races. Hallows: The benevolent sub-race of Thrillers who only scare for fun and prefer Beast Parts for their meat...And fluids in certain cases. Their natural drive is to entertain and protect Humanity and Creaturity alike. Horrors: This sub-race is more predatory and would rather eat or kill humans on sight. They are also more likely to be the cause of grief in the Twi and Darklands. Hallows naturally oppose them in an ongoing battle between ideologies. Betweeners: This sub-race is the result of having parents from each of the above sub-races. They share the tenancies of both parents and are often conflicted over which side to listen to more. The distant planet of Yom was once in the grips of a long war between two lands: the benevolent Galiesto Kingdom and the hostile Kotchmar Empire. The war began over a special element that is abundant on their planet: Ampium. Now, Ampium is a crystalline element capable of being used as a power source that could last for millennia. The issue lies in the fact that surface-available supplies of Ampium were dwindling. What started the war was a giant cache of Ampium underground ready for mining. The problem was that it was right in the border lands of Kochmar and Galiesto. To make matters worse, these lands were home to a third faction in this war known as the Pukatu Tribe. The royals of the Galiesto Kingdom wanted to use this potential mine as a means to propose a trade with other planets to benefit all of Yom while the Kochmari royals desired it to supply themselves with the energy to power their weapons in a bid to conquer universe. But, then, the brother attacked in search of her to destroy her before the prophecy could come true. Worse for the child, the magician who performed the spell informed the king too late that in 13 years, the spell would mature into a curse. This was unfortunate because, in the excitement of the attack, she went missing and was presumed killed. Years later, a young girl named Maria was wandering the streets of San Cartoneria. Maria was an unusual young lady for a number of reasons. For starters, she was a Donkey. But, she wasn't an ordinary Donkey. The Distant Future. A massive meteor shower struck the Earth from all sides, causing various unforeseen events to occur. They caused environmental disasters, rapid reclamation by nature, resurfacing magic, mutations, and various other such events thanks to these meteors carrying countless types of energies. By the time the meteor shower ended, the world we once knew was changed forever. Over time, the Earth was inhabited by various races from across the universe who helped in the restoration of what was interestingly left of humanity by the end of what had come to be known as the "Great Reshaping".
