I have been requesting copies of my original print source files back from DeviantArt as a lot of my original art files were lost a while ago and silly, naive younger me hadn't made many backups of my original work.
Progress was slow until one of the customer service members suggested that I simply edit each deviation I would like to get the print file for and set the size to original, in order to download the image at full size.
However when I went to do this, all of my deviations said that the original size was that which they were already being displayed at on the DeviantArt website.
Also, around this time I tried buying one of my own prints from DeviantArt because a friend had requested a poster of one of my artworks. However, shortly after ordering the print I was emailed to say that the print order had been cancelled because the quality inspection did not pass the adequate standards.
It was then that I put two and two together and figured that maybe the original print files
