Have some self-respect and stop buying adoptables artists tell you you "can't resell," for Christ's sake.
I consider this rule stealing, selfish, and inconsiderate. Legally, you could resell the design despite what the artists says and regardless of what their rules say. I don't really care about respecting an artists wishes if the artist is such a stingy asshole to where they expect you to pay $50 or more on an OC and then not be allowed to resell it when you paid for the fucking ownership. I get violently ill when I see, "BUY-OUT, $200. DO NOT RESELL." If someone tells you "you can't resell this character," they're LITERALLY telling you that you're paying for PARTIAL ownership. You don't even completely own that design, you partially own it.
But if you wish to respect the artist, then just don't even buy it. Don't support someone like that who would literally voluntarily or involuntarily con you like that.
