know nothing about "techniques" of poetry
so i always judge poems on "like/not like" bases
and this one is "like" for sure

so glad you posted it here. i was looking through saved logs trying to find this one but i can't find it. now it's here. words catching the sun's light and reflecting it's crystalline and elemental goodness back. word swirl, world swirl.

As you know Bjork does not get along with my ears, so it is fascinating when I hear that others are fascinated with that strange (yet it must be wonderful) sound, omg. Now this is a sound I love, this sound, like ancient drums you pound thumping the earth's crust and tasting it's waters, "ancient returns." THIS is an amazing sound to me and moves with a primal force from "borealis, coral reef, far afloat yet still touch...pressing rock against rock." This is one of those poems you write that puts me into the center of this universe, stands me still, makes me listen to magnificence never heard before (like listening to Jean Michel Jarre's "Miss Moon," I stand in silence, in awe, and I am filled with wonder from the power of it.) Some of it lost me but the flow and elegance carried me through.
