Those not too lazy to watch the Harry Potter movies like me, is it true that when Ron did something useful in the books, that Hermione would do that action instead in the movies? Even if it was just sometimes and not always?
I don't remember since I only read the first few books (would like to read the rest). The movies directed by Chris Columbus (aka the first two) were very close to the source material, but the films deviated further and further from the books as they went on, so I suppose that might've happened.

This might get me eaten alive by Harry Potter fans but I think Sorcerer’s Stone is a slightly better title than Philosopher’s Stone. I mean, the change WAS pointless indeed and I’m not totally for it, but doesn’t “ philosopher” just sound much closer to a religious theme than magical? I know Philosopher’s Stone is the correct title, but I still sort of side with the latter. Not CHANGING but frankly, I wouldn’t have chosen philosopher to begin with. What are your thoughts?
Sorcerer's Stone also uses the narrative element of alliteration, so it clicks better for me as well
