I've had a few health concerns this year on top of it just being a shit year all the way 'round. High blood pressure, fast resting heartbeat, the usual from depression and anxiety... I'm not even 27 and I'm a mess. Trying to eat right and exercise, but it's winter in Minnesota now so that's sometimes easier said than done. Fruit an' Veg get so expensive! >_< Now the blood pressure is just my genetics kicking in, I think. My paternal grandma was barely 100 lbs and had it high along with her cholesterol so I know where that's coming from, but the news about my heart was quite disconcerting. I wasn't really given a reason for why it's like it...
