lilligant (remake) (new drawing program)

i managed to find a program that is sum what decent.... the picture came out shakey to me idk how it looks so I just wanted to see how the new program works the outline didnt really show up good, sum of it had disappeared during the drawing and I couldnt get it back ....   I know the background is sloppy I havent manage to work out how to use the new program
