Lost in Space

Made by using Photoshop CS4. Approximate time taken: 30+ hours. 100-120 layers. (Yes this time not an overload of layers >.> )

Yes, it has two parts. Therefore, a handful of reconstruction was included in the making, which just added to the challenge.

Used airbrush + smudge to paint it.

It was SUPPOSED to be a wallpaper, but I have no more inspiration to make something more original. You can just crop it however you want and ta-daa it's a wallpaper.

Final note: I have updated this yet again and the eyes should be brighter now and more adequate to the light source. I also edited the background and light a bit but that is barely visible.
