I Make Maps and Map Accessories

Yes, I too have jumped on the bandwagon of commissions. Mostly because it's a neat way to get money without begging for people to donate to my Patreon, and lets me explore other peoples' ideas. However, not to worry, I do commissions at somewhat of a, let's say, leisurely pace so that my other projects aren't affected, so my whole life isn't just commissions.

If you do commission me, that doesn't mean that I'll forget about yours, but larger maps can take upwards of 40 hours to complete, so I can't exactly get them to you in a couple days. But hey, I will get them to you, one way or the other, with all the quality I can give them.

Anyway, my prices are quite flexible, since the different kinds of maps will vary. I'll post a few below and their probable price ranges, to give you all a good idea.

Simple GIMP style: $20-30
Queen of the Baltic by subspaceteatime

Complex GIMP style: $30-45
Emperor of Emperors by subspaceteatime

Simple one country Inkscape style: $25-45
Heart of Gold by subspaceteatime

Complex one country Inkscape style: $30-50
Que Sera Sera by subspaceteatime

Simple Continent Inkscape style: $60-80
Joyeux Noel by subspaceteatime

Complex Continent Inkscape style: $80-150
The Nation of Brotherly Love: 1954 by subspaceteatime

Newspaper/Unusual Inkscape style: $100+
The Grand War by subspaceteatime

Information Inkscape style: $30+
Republic of Hokkaido by subspaceteatime

So yeah, prices can vary pretty heavily, but that's the way it goes. I'll also say that while I work hard on every map (seriously I basically worked on commissions all day today), if your concept is interesting and unique you'll probably get it done sooner. So a unique take on the Middle East will be done faster than a North America map.

All money is in $USD and half is to be paid up front, because I've been scammed before and will not be again.

Send me a note if you are interested and we'll talk details. The current commissions list is:

1. Konsgaard's Communist CSA map
2. :iconrick00700: 's alternate USA series

While there is definitely a pecking order, simpler and smaller maps will be done before larger map series, just because I can work on the smaller ones and finish them in spare time, while the larger ones I have to sit down for long periods of time and work on.

Well it's like the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for".
