I considered it when i made this version but decided against it. No plans in the near future to include them, (reasons being clutter and that they felt more like instances than world zones) but thank you for the resource if I ever chose to do that.

No plans to add those places- There's a possibility that Tal'abim and Farahlon could still appear as official content someday. Plunder Isles are island expeditions? I consider them instanced, and feel that they'd clutter the map. Not familiar with Dragon Isles.
