Present Day, Diprotodon Paddock
Cicada calls echo throughout the outskirts of the Ivan E. Allen’s woodland. Birds chirp throughout the forest and within the confines of a paddock on the edge of the grassland, Project Noah’s Arks’ newest resident inspects his new home.
The bull Diprotodon has been moved into his new home. Weighing 6,200lbs and 6.5ft tall, this animal is bigger than even some average estimates for its species.
Rick has been monitoring the integration of this gargantuan marsupial.
"I've built this paddock near the edge of the grassland," Rick explains, "it's not exactly one to one like his home in the Outback, but it's the best we've got, and I think he'll do really well
