It’s always a delight when Dixie Deelite makes an appearance in a comic. She’s one of Sturk’s loveliest creations, and this issue of the comic contains some of Sturk’s loveliest renders ever (at his new expanded portrait page size (1125 x 1250 pixels)).

Dixie is meeting up with her ex-wife Madison Bracken in an attempt to make peace. Madison has no idea that the tantalizing temptress standing across from her is in reality her ex-husband (transformed by a goddess). And because Dixie was created by a goddess, she has certain powers, powers she is reluctant to use, but are, it seems, the only way to de-fang Madison.

Let’s see how powerful Dixie truly is, shall we?

Because this is the final chapter of the series and comes in at over 100 pages, we’re going to post it in two parts. We’re publishing the first 47 pages today, and you won’t have to wait to long to read the final installment of Wings in the Night. That will be coming your way next month, in October.
