Thursday is the day we do our weekly updates of our  SturkWurk Backers  program! This week it’s Part 7 of the splendid series called The Curse of… Panthera Onca!

As a reminder, Mateo is the hero of this series. He received a mysterious package that was originally addressed to his grandfather… twenty years earlier. Inside was a pair of cat ears (the kind that you’d wear as part of a costume), and when Matty tried them on, they changed him into a woman. And not just any woman… the Mayan Jaguar goddess named Ixchel.

Matty’s TG transformation is different than most, in that he shares his body with Ixchel. He goes back and forth between male and female, and he and Ixchel have made peace co-inhabiting one body… a body which is gradually growing more feminine in its base state.

Amber is Matty’s and Ixchel’s girlfriend. She’s gotten used to being with someone who is half-goddess, as well as hanging around beings such as the witch Yoshino and the superhero Liberteen. And now they’re all going to be… roommates? Matty, Ixchel and Amber lost their lease while searching for Ixchel’s temple in Central America, you see, so they need a place to live. Sounds like things could get pretty spicy, especially since Liberteen’s mentor, Freedomme, has returned!

Part 7 of The Curse of… Panthera Onca comes in at 26 single panel pages (plus a cover), and the action will continue from here in I Guess I’m a Witch — Chapter 20!
