Thursday is the day we do our weekly updates of our  SturkWurk Backers  program! This week we’re serving up Part 12: Self Care 02. It’s the second installment of a six-part story arc in the excellent series called Nocturne!

Who is Nocturne, you may ask? He was once a human named Ricky, and not a good person. In fact, Ricky was a very bad person. but now he’s inherited Nyx’s powers, along with her legacy… and is doing good as someone who can transform people so they can have the body they deserve… or give them back the body they never wanted to give up!

Each story arc in this series focuses on a different person that Nocturne is going to transform… only this time, the transformee is going to be Nocturne himself!

After helping many people alter their gender, Ricky has, for the first time in his life, questioned his own identity. Or perhaps it’s not the first time. Perhaps it’s only the first time he has said these words out loud!

Ricky has sought the help of another being who has been visited by the Gods, someone who also helps people gain the kind of body they’ve always longed for… Paige Montgomery, also known as Dixie Deelite!

She’s got a void where she brings people in order to tranform them. Nocturne knows the drill because he’s got his own void where he does the same thing. But he’s never been in the position of being that special someone who doesn’t realize how much their body has changed until they look in the mirror.

Dixie is giving Ricky lots of options. It’s time for him to choose what kind of woman he wants to be!

This chapter of the story comes in at 32 single-panel pages. This is the transsformation Nocturne fans have been waiting for. What will you think of Ricky’s new look?
