WHAT AM I CREATING?

• You will design your own Lost Woods inspired character! (Nothing nsfw!)

• While it is encouraged to take inspiration from the Zelda franchise in your character designs, it is not required. The character just needs to feel like they could live in a forest in that world.

• Style is up to you!

• If you do any sort of background elements, please keep them simple and make sure the character is not cropped off the page.

• Please try to avoid any extreme perspectives or lighting scenarios. If you have questions just ask!

WHAT DO I SUBMIT?

• Submit your art on DeviantArt with a transparent background using the tag “stumpylostwoods”

• To ensure high-quality of submissions, please submit as a .PNG (or attach an additional link to a .PSD, send any additional files from your sta.sh (https://www.deviantartsupport.com/en/article/sharing-stash-content ))

• If you do create a background for your image, please layer it in a way that you can send me the character by themselves.

HOW WILL THESE BE USED?

• Similar to our Stump Crew T-Shirts all of the character entries will be compiled into a single illustration. (https://teechip.com/stumpcrew)

• I will be editing the entries in subtle ways to help them fit together. Depending on the number of entries we have part of your character may be covered up or behind another.

• After the event is over prints, t-shirts (and possibly other merch) will be available for purchase.
