Sorry the display is so ugly. I wanted to get these out, because they've been useful for me the last couple of days.
I've had the best luck with photos, using overlaid layers and darkening and lighting areas that way. try it and see. Also great for spotlights!

With all the changes in Photoshop I hope this will bring back a lot
of things I used to do in CS4 that I don't have the option with in CC.
