Saved from the Nightmares

Reaching way back into my old Cosplay galleries, here's a photo manipulation of the first version of my Ashley costume. This photo is from an Anime North sponsored Halloween dance that was way back in 2007 when I wore my Ashley costume for the first time.

You can see that my costume has come a long way since then. I replaced the wig, belt and made my own skirt (this skirt was a second-hand pleated skirt that I bought) and my mother finished knitting and putting the details on my brown sweater for me.

My friend Zero surprised me by showing up as Mafia Leon and we took a few photos together at the con.

At some point in 2008 he surprised me by giving me a huge poster with this image on it and it was a really neat gesture. I love the background and it looks really cool. He also sent me this digital version. One day when I move out I'll be framing this poster. I have a massive frame for it already, but nowhere to hang it. XD

I love Cosplaying Ashley. Every time that I do it's always an adventure! :3
