My Bio
I'm James. When it comes to art, I don't really do finished pieces, mostly sketches that I can't be arsed to take any further. Much of my artwork here is from a huge back catalog of stuff I've been drawing for years. Lots of it is 5+ years old, and I'm such a different person now that I almost feel like I'm uploading someone else's stuff.

Some of it IS new though, and my style hasn't really changed over the years. I also go by Paragon or Paragon19 elsewhere on the internet.

For those unaware, I'm also known as Paragon around the internet, and I have a website: http://www.freewebs.com/paragon19/ I've had a few issues hosting some of my models, and people have been complaining about it for, well, now it's on to years.  So I'm trying to fix this a bit by making them easier to access here.  There are a LOT of Star Trek models for me to upload, so this will take some time to do, but those of you interested, enjoy, please. Sorry in advance, however, none of these patterns include any kind of instructions, as my attention span usually dictates that once I'm done building the model myself, I immediately get sucked up

I'm uploading for the first time since I created this account.  Not that I'm especially proud of the stuff I'm uploading, it's mostly messy sketches that are years old now.  Maybe it'll get me to draw more often though.  Feel free to tear into them with critique I guess? :/

I discovered your work years ago after i found your orthograph and papercraft model of the Colorado runabout, but at the time I wasn't able to fine the original artist.

However, today I am delighted both to have found you on DA but also to see you're still creating your beautiful papercraft models.

I'm glad you appreciate my work! Unfortunately I haven't designed any models in close to a decade, and I can't promise I'll ever get back to it. Faded hyperfixations are hard to recapture. ^^;

Totally understandable. I know from experience how hard is to get back to a project once my interest has dried up. in any case, it's nice to finally be able to tell you how much I like your work.


By the way, is it still possible to download the papercraft files for the Colorado class?
