I caught the news soon after it came out earlier in the day, but since it came out at the tail end of my evening break at work, I couldn't post much about it. At this point, I'd say that the bulk of my rage at 2016 has already been spent and I'm right now at the deep sadness stage of things. Another year done, and another year to look forward to. While the past year was a bit of a roller coaster for me (didn't go to a lot of conventions this past year, had to move, went through a breakup, and almost wound up on jury duty back in July, but I did get to go to Washington DC for my brother's wedding and got to see some of the sights back in April), it did wind up on a high note for me with Star Wars returning and the franchise redeeming itself.
I'm hoping that the coming year will be a smoother one for me and I might get to go to a few smaller conventions alongside Fanime over the course of the year. I'm also hoping that I might f
