This should be placed in an art museum because this is an absolute masterpiece!
I really identify with this because in the hundreds of fanfiction I'd read since 2012, these are the four main types of OCs I seem to find in a lot of them.
The tomboy who hates girly things and thinks everyone should treat her like a special snowflake because she DEFIES stereotypes! Oh, and she hates girly girls and acts all tough and masculine and doesn't have any dynamic traits that stops her from being the stereotypical tomboy. Similar to the Edgy OC, the tomboy OC would have some type of a tragic past, most commonly bullied in school or dead family members or friends.
The random hyper OC who never seems to get any development like growing up and learning from her experiences. She is loved by EVERYONE for her comically annoying personality. Her flaws are invalid or not very important in building her character. Sometimes she discovers her secret powers. If something bad happens to her, expect her to act peachy and positive. Rarely a male OC is created as this.
Usually found in stories where the OC is transported to a different universe like a show, or vice versa where fictional characters go into OC's world, the OC knows EVERYTHING about the fictional universe and plays as the "sane man" in the story. He/She will most likely fall in love with the author's favorite character, no matter how incompatible they might be in real life. Similar to the hyper OC, this OC will find out they have special powers that trump even the canon most powerful character, or is related to author's favorite fictional character. She/he often hates the idea of going back to their home world, simply because they like the AU better, even though there are people back in the OC's world whom might think they had been kidnapped and misses the OC very much.
Finally, we have the EDGY OC with the bad boy attitude and a crappy bckstory. She or he is either is an orphan or raised in an abusive household. Alternatively, she/he befriends the cast, then gets kidnapped by the villain and gets tortured or raped. The heroes rescue her/jime and they face no psychological nor physical trauma. She/he is not motivated to get vengeance on their torturers/rapists. Whatever happens to them, expect them to have nothing but bad things happen to them. They will act angsty at the most inappropriate times (all the time), and never shows positive emotions.
