"I Felt Powerless That Day. I Felt As If I Let My Father Down." - Darrek

TRAGEDY! This is set during the invasion of Altarea, where many lost their lives, including Darrek's father, who was slain by Dark Havoc himself, right in front of Darrek.

Stuck under one of the support logs, he was injured and could only cry out for his father until he passed out. Havoc presumed that Darrek would perish from the flames and continued on for his main goal.

Fortunately, Darrek survived the ordeal thanks to a few survivors who were able to get him out of there, and from that day onwards, he vowed to put an end to Dark Havoc.
