Description
This was a concept I drew for an animated movie made by Ralph Bakshi and Frank Frazetta back in 1983 (I think). This is taken from a scene where Tigra escapes from a mod of Neanderthal called Necron's Dogs and they try to hunt her down for re-capture, to take her back to an evil queen named Julianna, the mother of an evil son named Necron.
