Why Alaska Standard Time? Because it is the latest we judges can go, so say ye live on the East Coast ye has until 4:00am and so on. 1) Any animal that is domesticated and can live as a pet. To help clarify this idea, I have Wikipedia to explain what is a "domesticated pet" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_…
2) It should have a spring time motif (We could all use a pick me up after this winter, seriously, this winter was awful).
3) The pets in the image are not required to be babies, just in a spring-like setting.
