edit: time and time again i keep messing up the gender signs, i accidentally labeled Sugar Snappy as a girl instead of a boy...which is not the first time this has happened ASDFJKL maybe i should stop drawing horses mindlessly in a drunken night daze at 3 am-

I don't think I have to explain how Rarijack came to be...i mean....the whole show says it all LOL

Albino Apple
Male
When Albino Apple was born, his mothers were shocked at his pure white coat with just a hint of blonde. He's not totally albino, but Rarity thought it was such a pretty name that she insisted upon it. However, this came with health issues at first, struggling in and out of the hospital with different sicknesses of unknown origins. This made Rarity extremely nervous for him and his chances in the world, not only being an eye catching spectacle but a possibly terminally ill one at that. Her paranoia about keeping him safe from the world and paparazzis seeped into poor Albino, and into Applejack as well despite all of her denying. Thus, as Albino grew, he was always hiding behind his mothers for comfort. He was homeschooled up until fifth grade for fear of his health (which WAS getting much better--but what if the other kids gave him something?), but when the unavoidable Apple Reunion came around, he had the time of his life with so many ponies he didn't know, all from different walks of life. They had so many stories to tell, things to say, and yet he had...nothing. So he decided then and there he was gonna get out, buck apples, feed the pigs, wash the dishes-- and most importantly, do something amazing just like all the other Apples he met, even as a grade school little filly. By this point, Applejack and Rarity stopped seeing him as a helpless melanin deprived baby and finally as who he was...an Apple, through and through. He attended school the next year, and ended up being top of his class and a hearthrob. He's grown into a big strong stallion and is now attending med school to become the surgeon he's always dreamed of.

Jolly Jelly
Female
Jolly Jelly got the exact opposite treatment of Albino. They spoiled the hell out of her and took her everywhere, with Albino in tow. They stuffed her with sweets and dresses and apples, family activities from sewing to picnics and scrapbooking to coloring. Even with all of this unconditional love and attention, she was only ever a humble sweetheart who cried over not being able to give so much back. With every apple they gave her she would pick one to give her moms back. She was the embodiment of generosity AND honesty. But if you tried to walk over her, she'll know and STOMP on you instead. Just because she's nice doesn't mean she has to be. 

She was also designed by my pal BubaIuv in an art trade!


Sugar Snappy

Sugar Snappy is a very loud and bold boy straight out of the womb. He wasn't afraid to scream for tit then and he's not afraid to scream for his moms now. He unknowingly scares the living hell out of them when he screams in his room, hides under the bed, and giggles hearing them fret and holler for him. Or if he gets his hands on a can of brown spray paint and sprays all the closest apple trees brown and says that they all wilted. Or perhaps the time where he put a hideous green hair dye in Albino's mane wash to see absolute horror on his brother's face for the first time since he'd been born, or the time he took all of Jolly Jelly's jams to school and sold them what he thought was an amazing price (one dollar each, buddy!) when they were originally supposed to sell for 15$ each, essentially financially ruining the Apples for a couple months. He's quite the troublemaker, but he doesn't mean any harm. He just wants a good laugh and a good cuddle after he spooks you. Also, if anyone else dares to spook his family, they have another prank coming! 

Besides being a prankster, he's also a big opinioned brat who likes to repeat things that he overhears adults say and try to sound smart. Any bullies he has that call him the ugly duckling out of his siblings, or just a plain old asshole will quite frankly be annoyed so much by him that they won't bully him anymore. His ADHD is so prevalent that even if you bully him it'll bounce right off his head and he'll call you a "tax-evading whorewaffle under the streetlamp of a church". The amount of times he's been sent to the principal's office and had his parents called up to the school is unholy, but they love him all the same and are making sure the whole family hammers some better manner sinto him, even though they understand it's mostly a misunderstanding from others. He's a sweet kid, really, you just have to see past his tooth gap smile and unbearable country snickers and into his big heart that cries if his moms try and pull the disappearing prank on him instead.
