Bulky Biceps and Trixie met during the All Bottled Up episode, sure, but they did meet some time after. Trixie was on the road to somewhere with eyes so she could perform her next show, nothing but her, her caravan, and the woods around her. The woods, which presented a rock that shamelessly busted one of her wheels and had the whole thing fall apart in an instant. Trixie, appalled and upset, would try her best to fix it, but given how weak she was with both magic and physical form, it seemed she'd have to wait until someone else passed by... that was until she saw a big...THING in the sky? Then she recognized it. "HEY!!!! HELP A GREAT AND POWERFUL MAGICIAN OUT, WILL YA?!"
Bulky came down, happy to help, and also surprised at the whole situation. "What are you doing out in the middle of nowhere??" he asked, to which she retorted, "And what about you, huh?" "Well, I was just on my 50 mile afternoon fly, as usual..." "..........Me too, obviously." After that exchange, she explained the situation and how she couldn't put her cart together, so they spent the rest of the day fixing it back up, organizing her things, ect...and soon realized it was nighttime, and there was no way they could just leave without attracting the attention of flesh hungry timber wolves or ursa bears. So they would huddle down by a little crappy campfire, and....well, what else was there to do but talk? And put on a magic show? They had a sweet and intimate time at their little fake campspot, telling each other about their struggles with being too strong and being too weak.... and Bulky even offered to escort her until she reached her destination! Awesome!
So they left in the morning, and they made it to the next town. But Trixie said, "Oh, crap! This isn't the right place, I'm so sorry!" And so they would stay at an inn, eat breakfast, look around town before heading off again, perhaps sleep in the woods together again, then make it to the "right" town before Trixie realized "ohhh this isn't the one either!" Bulky Biceps believed her everytime, but Trixie could hardly believe herself. Why did she want to drag this idiot with her everywhere all of the sudden? Because he actually clapped at her tricks? Because of the way he yelled at other ponies before apologizing for the volume? Because of whenever he tried to sit in an inn chair it would crack and they'd laugh about it? His big, hearty, stupid laugh? Because she...finally wasn't alone?...
After being together for about a week and a half, they finally ended up in her destination: Ponyville. Shocked, Bulky exclaimed, "Wait, you were trying to come here the whole time???" Trixie, afraid, upset....the idea that he might leave her, but....the idea that she probably deserved it overpowering, she told him everything. How she liked his company, how she never wanted him to leave, how it was selfish but didn't she deserve ONE good thing after all she's done? He probably didn't know, but she had attempted to enslave the entirety of Ponyville once, everyone here hates her, and....he probably did too.
But he did know. He nodded, and told her that yes, he was indeed aware of those things. But he could tell that she had changed...and wanting him around so bad...well, he had felt the same way. Although he wished he had just told her, he wasn't mad or anything. If she wasn't comfortable living in Ponyville due to prying eyes, that was fine. He had a few jobs, so he could make enough bits for them to go another journey anytime she was interested! She practically sobbed and hugged him, and..... a kiss on the cheek from the great and powerful Trixie would solidify how she felt.
And it did! Every month, these two go out and do circus shows, traveling around for a week or so, chillin under the stars and snuggling, Bulky throwing out audience members that try to undermine her act, even participating in her acts as the "great and powerful partner!" who could easily lift up her whole caravan and HOPEFULLY it wouldn't fall apart in the middle of the act this time..but that was fine, because they loved putting it back together...well, together.

Godh I love these too... Man, Biceps is built like a mastiff. And Trixie is so smol in comparison, they're so silly!
They're redesigns are fantastic too!
