Here's what i was given to do....
Species: Unicorn
Gender: Nonbinary
Parents and/or theme: Big Bucks x Firelight (it's a totally random ship I know, but.. purple dads jsjsks)
What headcanons should I base this character on?: I don't have anything particular in mind, I'll leave it up to you!
Backstory or should I make one: Go nuts!
Dislikes in a design: None in particular, again go wild!

And here's what I came up with! (Coco you dont have to reread this hehe)

How Big Bucks and Firelight met:
Against his better judgement, Firelight had decided to go see what all the "modern fuss" was about. He headed down to the center of it all: Las Pegasus. He was just going to take a peak for a week, and go right back home. Honest! after all, the safety and dignity of a preserved home was far better than any flashy five second spectacle that the new world had to offer. The past was obviously superior!

...Then he quite literally bumped into Big Bucks and everything changed. This stylish, sly stallion had winked at him and invited him to his magic show, which at first seemed ridiculous to Firelight since he wasn't a unicorn. But times change, it seemed. He showed up to this magic show, allured by the premise and totally not Big Bucks, and well....he left a changed man. The lights! The action! The everything! It was incredible, alluring, amazing! And goddammit, it was fun--and there weren't even books involved!

Needless to say, Firelight was hooked, and Big Bucks loved to reel in suckers. Unfortunately for him, he would fall for his own trap, and actually take in interest in this pilgrim nerd and his innocence towards all the new things in the world. Oh, you silly firefly, Big Bucks has much to show you if you're gonna survive even your vacation in Las Pegasus.... and eventually much more.

About Grand Finale:
they're an extremely dramatic and passionate piano prodigy and composer. They're the type to cry while they play and conduct with the power of a million gods. They're extremely no nonsense and fully emotionally invested when it comes to their craft/talent, and will always follow their heart to the stage no matter what anyone says. After seeing their father Big Bucks perform and make so many people happy, and the way that history has affected Firelight's life....well goddammit, they decided they were gonna MAKE history, that they were going to leave an everlasting impact on the world!

However, when music isn't involved, they're a lot kinder and more calm. They love to ponder the world, read books by the fire and write poetry. And of course they love to hang out with friends, forcing themselves to do things they normally wouldn't do so they can have new experiences to convey through their work. They always have an open mind (except when it comes to music, DON'T come at them about music) and is a great shoulder to lean on for advice. Also at home they're extremely messy despite their typically poise and proper attitude. Stage life and home life are completely different after all--it's the difference between running a marathon and walking to the bathroom.. They procrastinate a lot and have a bit of a self sabotaging problem just to make their life more exciting and thrilling. Their dads have taken notice of this, as well their kid's obsession with bragging rights about how they accomplish things "despite doing xyz at the last minute."
