Dyed Eggs

I dyed goose eggs with my great aunt last summer. She was a very cool lady, very sarcastic, funny, and artistic. She made soaps, carved and dyed eggs, covered gourds and eggs with gold and metal leaf, even made blankets from fur she brushed off of her many Angora rabbits (funny thing is, she was allergic to rabbits) and spun into thread. She was into a lot of “dead arts” and made a living off of them. She also enjoyed sparkly things and vintage furniture. She’s definitely my creative idol.
