I am from Northern California and have lived here all my life. I am very interested in drawing, painting, photography, and writing.
About ten years ago during two drawing classes and one painting class I discovered that I had underestimated my potential. I do have some talent and am just now getting back to it.
I am into drawing, painting, digital art, photography, and writing. I have been very lazy and out of practice for a long time.
I am learning to draw the human form- specifically male physiques and nudes, and dragons. I am aiming at fantasy and fantasy-erotic for my drawing. Angels, demons, devils, dragons, beasts, humans and humanoids. I hope to turn drawings into paintings later on.
I am a total nature-lover and weather-geek. I love weather and landscape photography, and would love to get into some male nude and nude/physique photography, some set in natural scenery. I need a camera first. Any thoughts on a good camera on a VERY low budget? Suggestions appreciated.
I am also interested in but totally uninitiated in digital art. I have a computer, but all the programs I have seen so far are fantastically expensive (sometimes $50 is fantastically expensive to me). And many have seemed to assume experience with such software. I'd like to find a USB stylus input compatible type of program for digital drawing but don't know where to start. And again, the VERY low budget. Any suggestions? Again they would be much appreciated.
Finally, I am hoping, over the next few years to write a book. Kind of a dream of mine, a bucket-list item you could say. A fantasy story with some erotic elements tucked in.
Throughout my life there have been times when the words and thoughts and images have just flowed through me as if from the divine, or from some cosmic source. It has been a while since I experienced that feeling much and I hope to soon rekindle that flame with a prizmatic spark! Let there be Light!
