Description

A 2003 photograph of Luxe taken on one of my past trips to Portland. Marne Lucas, whose house this was photographed in, suggested that I work with Luxe. Marne, besides being one of my most photographed models at the time, was always happy to hook me up with great Portland models, and Luxe was no exception. The photograph was featured in the first edition of the Taschen publication "The New Erotic Photography" edited by Dian Hanson and Eric Kroll. Shot with the Mamiya 645 with Tmax 400 film.

There is just something about film. Tmax was a deserving inheritor of the Tri-X fetishists (of whom I was one). Love that long gray scale.  Lovely shot.
