Explanation of the Timeline Chart for Just Cause

Description

Some people have expressed confusion over the timeline chart in Just Cause, so I thought I'd post this to clarify.

The horizontal parts of the chart are parts where time is moving forward, progressing from left to right. Frisk started on the upper left, and is moving toward the bottom right.

Whenever time moves down and to the left, that's Frisk dying and reloading their SAVE. They're going back in time, therefore moving left on the chart. The red parts of the timeline are the parts Frisk has already traversed; the black parts are their instruments' predictions of that timeline's future. The static at the end is when everything just stops - the end of the world.

The parts where the timeline rapidly jitters back and forth are fights where Frisk died many times in quick succession. One is the battle with Undyne the Undying, and the other is the battle with Sans - the latter of which is MUCH longer, for plot-related reasons that will be revealed in due time. ;)

This chart only shows the current timeline, Timeline 4. I'd initially considered showing all the timelines, but that wouldn't have fit neatly into any of the panels, so I decided to stick with just the current timeline.

I hope that helps to clear things up. Please let me know if any part of it is still confusing.

So while left-to-right is the time progression in-game, up-to-down is timeLINE progression, did I get this right?
