These are magical Hybrid creatures of cats, fairies and dragons or something like that, they say. They can be bred in the Hybrid Art game. Can hybridize with anything. They can all shapeshift. They are venomous (through the tail). They can become invisible if they will it!

Species created by StephanieSmall and Nichelle22 many years ago in a Tabletop Role Play in the Napa Valley.

Bioluminescent: They can be bioluminescent at will in any form, it is part of their natural body and augmented by their shapeshifting. This means they can have changing light patterns on their coat and wings. It is usually used for mating displays. They can also go invisible at will by bending light around them.

LARGE CAT FORM: A horse sized, large cat of your species choice with wings and horns (any kind of combo of wings and horns). Venomous prong on tail. Most have one form you design but they can make minor changes whenever they like if they focus. Most need training to learn shapeshifting well. Felshae are experts at glowing and using light magic. They are bioluminescent naturally and they can augment it magically. They usually use this to look pretty, especially males.

SMALL CAT FORM: Can be the size of a housecat and looks like a normal housecat. Can grow wings and horns (that match large size) if they want, but they do not always have these traits (this is their only mundane looking form). Venomous prong on tail if they want. Small cat forms are usually a type of housecat (any breed), Savannah Cat or even tiny wildcats (the littlest ones) or baby wildcat forms. Most have one form you design but they can make minor changes whenever they like if they focus. Most need training to learn shapeshifting well. They can be bioluminescent at will.

HUMANOID FORM: Limited shapechange into an elflike being (about 5-6 feet tall) with wings and horns (that match feline forms). Character can choose to have human skin or grow fur (matches cat forms, either one). May never look completely human. Pure Bred Felshae are the only ones who are able to take humanoid form. They only have one humanoid form and they need to train themselves to do it. They can be bioluminescent at will.

DISCIPLINES: SHAPESHIFTING MAGIC (can exercise magic to shapeshifting magic to take other forms). They are good at light and time based magics.

Magic: Shapeshifting, can become invisible for a few minutes each day, flying, light magic, time magic, invisibility 

Attacks: Claws, bite, rake, horn gore, tail venom

Shapeshifting: Only a pure felshae can take human form. Felshae do not reproduce with humans, due to preference. If used in the Hybrid art game, only a pure felshae can take human form. It takes a lot of work to learn to shapeshift. It takes the most to look human. Only their cat forms are natural. However, as they learn magic, they can learn more advanced forms. Some legends say that they have taken dragon or horse forms for short amounts of time. This can lead to some unusual breeding....

Breeding: Can Hybridize with any species and many can shapechange to conform to another species' reproductive needs.

Aging: Immortal, few know how old they are.  It is considered silly to remember your age and most will tell everyone they are as old as time itself.

Names: They pick their own names. Some will accept names from owners. Most give themselves grandiose titles (for example Emperor and Queen), while others use native Felshae language which involves a lot of purring and growling (so there are a lot of "r"s in their names to reflect those sounds which many humans pronounce with a roll if they can). 

Personality: They do not consider themselves pets unless it suits them. They are vicious and a little bloodthirsty, but not out of malice, they have a strong predator drive. They all act like royalty and think everyone should treat them that way. They tend to be spontaneous. Most are obsessed with themselves and magic. They don't have long attention spans unless they train for it.

Disciplines: Magic, flying, racing, fighting, bioluminescence dancing (making light shows on their coats)

Riding Felshae: They can be ridden by normal humans when in their large  cat form, which can get horse sized at the largest. Anything a horse can learn, a felshae can learn.

Training Felshae: Is more like schooling children or bribing government officials. Many of them have photographic memories. Some can be trained like horses in their large forms. Many would feel demeaned if you rode them. They all feel entitled.

Twins: Twins are common and 20% chance of twins
