After some time, finally both SFM and Gmod comunity have a 3D version of Quibble Pants.
The .rar file includes two versions: SFM version (that is inside "enhanced_ponies" folder) and Gmod version.
In addition, I added my special animations file, that includes the whole set of the default animations plus new ones (and a pair of them fixed), and for more informations, here
